Support for self-builders
Self-builders often require guidance and support from experts to clarify specific questions regarding natural building.
Clay base coat or undercoat serves as a "foundation" and helps to balance moisture peaks in rooms. The humidity remains in the pleasant, health-promoting range of 40 to 60 percent.
Clay finish or top plasters are particularly valued for their natural aesthetics, creative design possibilities, and positive effects on the living climate and comfort.
This building material, which was briefly forgotten, is back in trend. Mineral lime plasters regulate humidity and the indoor climate, and their alkalinity also prevents the formation of algae and mold.
